We recommend the classic 3-layer principle: a merino wool base layer for moisture management, an insulating layer (mid layer) for warmth, and a hardshell as the outer layer for protection against wind and moisture.

What should I look for when choosing a ski helmet?

Safety comes first. Make sure you choose a helmet with good ventilation and an adjustment system that secures the helmet without applying pressure. Many of our models are also equipped with avalanche reflectors (RECCO) or MIPS.
