Crest 10

The Crest 10 is perfectly positioned in the middle weight range between the heavier freetouring bindings and the extremely light racing models. However, for a binding type to be successful in this area, it is not only the low weight that is decisive, but also the fact that it offers a lot of functionality per gram. Simple operation and good stability are naturally part of this.

And this is exactly where the Crest 10 tops the list. First of all, it packs the cam release system, probably the heart of many ATK binding types, into 295 grams. Despite its compact design, the very short rear binding head offers great stability and adjustable front and side release. What's more, beginners can always step in with little pressure, even with a high Z-value.

The Crest also offers length adjustment. This is important for precise release and to protect the binding type when the ski flexes.

The Crest 10 also offers a powerful ski stopper, 20 millimetres of adjustment travel, two climbing aids and very easy access to the pins.

Apart from the Xenic from Fritschi (without stopper), no other binding type on the market (apart from other ATK bindings) offers so many functions on 295 grams of weight.

Nowhere is it currently easier to save weight than with binding types without a strong loss of performance. The Crest 10 is a prime example of this. Compared to the ST Rotation, for example, this amounts to 300 grams per foot, which is a lot. If you took that much out of the skiing, the feeling would be completely different.
