Schiara Advance Pants

The Schiara Advance Pants by Karpos are rugged softshell trousers designed for demanding mountain hikes and alpine activities. They combine different materials precisely where they’re needed—to achieve a balanced blend of weather protection, durability, and freedom of movement.

A three-layer, waterproof ripstop nylon with high breathability is used in the knee and upper back areas. The remaining sections are made of a soft, stretchy fabric with a brushed inner surface that moves with you. To provide warmth in freezing temperatures, the thighs and seat area are equipped with an insulating lining; the leg cuffs are generously reinforced with Cordura to protect against sharp ski edges and crampons.

A zip at the bottom of the leg allows for width adjustment, while ventilation zippers on the hips with double sliders quickly regulate temperature during intense ascents.

With adjustable velcro at the waistband and a well-thought-out pocket layout, the Schiara Advance Pants are a reliable, comfortable companion on the mountain.
