The TX5 GTX from La Sportiva is a reliable companion on hikes. The shoe is made from soft nubuck leather, which is surrounded by a protective rubber rand. The high and soft upper keeps stones and other debris out and the 3D Flex system ensures freedom of movement without restricting ankle support. The Vibram sole keeps you upright on the way up and downhill, absorbs soles and brakes your descent (from the mountain) at the end with the specially designed studs.
