Smart HMS 2.0 Screwgate Carabiner

The Smart HMS 2.0 Screwgate carabiner from Mammut is an HMS carabiner with a keylock and screwgate plus a safety gate. This is a rubber insert that serves as a fuse against twisting and prevents cross-loading of the carabiners. Safety is also a top priority with this carabiners: The screw gate can only be operated when the safety gate has also been opened. The carabiners are ideally suited to the Smart 2.0 safety device from Mammut, but also offer added safety when used with other safety devices. Compared to the previous version, the carabiners offer an improved construction and a higher breaking load with less weight.
