Valen 40+5L

The Valen 40+5L by Montane is a minimalist but fully equipped alpine backpack for alpine activities where reliability and flexibility are required. It is made from an extremely tear-resistant yarn and is ideal for rugged mountain activities.

Thanks to the roll-top closure with additional bivi opening, the volume can be expanded by five liters. An external zippered compartment allows quick access to important equipment, while attachment points for ice picks, rope and other tools ensure a functional features tennisbag.

The anatomically shaped back area with integrated aluminum strip ensures a close fit and high stability on technical ascents.
