The 150 Cool Clean LS M by Ortovox is a simple long-sleeve shirt that feels soft and cool against the skin. The naturally sustainably cooling 150 Merino Cool fabric is made from the natural fibers merino wool and Tencel (with a little polyamide on the outside). Tencel is a fibre obtained from eucalyptus wood, which is characterized by a high basic fibre moisture content, high evaporative cooling and a smooth fibre surface. The material mix is made robust and efficient by a complex spinning process: Beta-spun technology refers to a manufacturing process in which fine polyamide filaments are spun around the merino wool and Tencel. The protective polyamide coat makes the fabric extremely abrasion-resistant and robust - without losing the benefits of merino fibers and the cooling Tencel fibers.
