The Pieps Micro BT button is the smallest, lightest and most intuitive three-antenna avalanche transceiver from Pieps. It is lighter than its bigger brothers, but has everything an avalanche transceiver should have today: simple operation, a self-test, automatic switching to another antenna in the event of interference, a group check to check other avalanche transceivers, a marking function and automatic switching from search mode back to transmit mode in the event of secondary avalanches during the search. In contrast to the Pieps Micro BT sensor, the Micro BT button requires manual activation of the search mode (with the sensor, it switches on automatically as soon as the avalanche transceivers are removed from the carrying system). Another big advantage of the avalanche transceivers is that they can be easily updated and adjusted via app and Bluetooth connection. The Pieps Micro comes with a hard case, bag, hand strap and a battery. That's all you need. The Micro BT button is also approved for ski touring races.
