Wasserstein 1000/3000

The Naniwa whetstone has a 1000/3000 grit and is held in a non-slip plastic holder. This well thought-out construction is equipped with two Japanese whetstones. The 1000 grit is ideal for sharpening blunt edges, the 3000 grit for fine sharpening. The stone must be soaked for about 5 minutes before use. A dark sludge forms on the surface during sharpening; this is the actual abrasive and should therefore not be removed. Then simply place the side with the required grit facing upwards and you can start sharpening. After use, give the stone a short rinse and allow it to dry. Sharpening stone, for sharp results.
