NRG-5 Notration

The NRG-5 emergency ration from Trek'n'Eat gets you through the day: a 500 g pack contains 2,300 kcal and covers the daily energy requirement of an adult, although the bars are also suitable for kids aged six months and over. The bars can be eaten dry or with water as a porridge or drink. They will keep for up to 20 years if stored in a cool, dry place.
